VitaMineral Green Power Smoothie used organic ingredients if possible 2 ripe bananas A handful of pecans (about 10) A handful of mixed greens About 2 cups of ice 1 tablespoon of VitaMineral Green Put the bananas in first. Add about a half a cup to a cup of filtered water. Then add the organic greens and the pecans next with the ice being the last. Blend turning the blender of and on until the ingredients start to blend. It is sometimes necessary to shake the blender or add a little more water if shaking the blender does not do the trick. The smoothie should have a creamy/slushy consistency. Last, once it looks like the ingredients are blending together well, add the Vitamineral Green. Enjoy!
