IMPORTANT UPS CHANGES for order cancellations that have shipped 01/01/06
If you decide to cancel your order after it has shipped but not delivered, you will need to accept delivery and then pay to ship the order back to our warehouse via a UPS location. You will need ship the order back from the closest UPS location near you and give us the UPS tracking number for the shipping. The reason for this is UPS is now charging the shipping to and from a refused delivery location. Unfortunately, although we offer free shipping, if you refuse delivery of an order from our company, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways as well as the 20% restocking fee for the returned order.
If you need to cancel your order, you will need to inform us via phone within 1 hour of the time you placed the order Monday-Friday to avoid the UPS shipping charges as well as our restocking charges.
If you order on the weekend, we must know of your cancellation before 9 AM Monday morning. Please call 1-800-679-4879 to cancel your order. If you do not reach a live person, please leave a message. All returns must meet the return guidelines stated above and require authorization before shipping back. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
When placing your order, please also make sure your shipping address is correct as UPS now charges us $10 to correct an incorrect shipping address. We will have to pass this charge on to our customers if the address is proven incorrect by the customer. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
