Juicers and Health Appliances Return / Cancellation Policy
Our company offers juicers and health appliances at the absolute lowest prices possible to our customers. All merchandise offered by Best Juicers is brand new and factory fresh. We do not sell refurbished, factory seconds or used units.
Although we offer pre-sales advice and recommendations on our web site and by phone, it is ultimately up to the customer which juicer or appliance will be best suited for them. Best Juicers makes no warranty expressed or implied. All warranties are between the manufacturer and the customer. In the rare case there is a problem with an appliance or juicer, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us if you need information on how to contact the manufacturer of your product or assistance with the manufactuer's warranty.
Because we want our customers to be happy with their purchases, we will do the best we can to do what we can in the event you are not happy with your purchase. Below is our general return policy, though it is not item specific. Depending upon what you ordered, we may be able to make exceptions to our return policy or offer a happy solution if it's within the specified time outlined below. Returns are only accepted with an authorization number issued by our company. All authorized returns must be unused in the original condition (factory fresh, original boxes, with all accessories) . Because we can not resell products that have been used, only products which are unused and new may be returned. If the product has been used in any way, it can not be returned. Also, due to health issues, we cannot accept back appliances that have been been washed or have come in contact with any moisture.
All authorized returns must be made within 14 days from the date you recived your order and must be shipped prepaid via UPS or FedEx Ground to the address we provide you with your authorization number. All authorized returns are subject to a 10% - 20% restocking fee depending upon the product. If you meet the above guidelines, you may request an authorization number by calling 1-800-679-4879.
RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED.
If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to do so within 30 minutes of ordering Monday Through Friday to insure the order does not ship. If you order on the weekend, we must know of your cancellation before 9 AM Monday morning. Please call 1-800-679-4879 to cancel your order. If you do not reach a live person, please leave a message. Order cancellations that have shipped but not delivered are also subject to a 10% - 20% restocking fee.
If you decide to cancel your order after it has shipped but not delivered, you will need to accept delivery and then pay to ship the order back to our warehouse via a UPS or FedEx location.
Although we offer free shipping, if you refuse delivery of an order from our company, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways as well as the restocking fee for the returned order. The reason for this is that the free shipping is incorporated in our pricing. In addition, the shipping companies will charge us for shipping both ways on refused deliveries.
When placing your order, please make sure your shipping address is correct as FedEx and UPS charges $15 to correct an incorrect shipping address.
