How is my order shipped and how long will it take to arrive?
Best Juicers provides Free FedEx ground shipping to our customers in the 48 US States on Juicers and Appliances. Ground shipping generally takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Depending upon your location, your order could reach you sooner. Please note that FedEx or UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. A street address is required for "Ship To" address on all orders. In some cases, we may choose to ship your order via UPS ground over FedEx ground.

What is the return policy?
Returns are only accepted with an authorization number issued by our company. All authorized returns must be unused in the sealed original condition (factory fresh, original boxes, with all accessories) . Because we can not resell products that have been used, only products which are unused and new may be returned. If the product has been used in any way it can not be returned. All authorized returns must be made within 14 days and must be shipped prepaid to the address we provide you with your authorization number. All authorized returns are subject to a 10-20% restocking fee. If you meet the above guidelines, you may request an authorization number by calling us at 619.699.9776 with your name, the date of purchase, product description and reason for the return request. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Do you sell used Juicers?
No. All merchandise offered by Best Juicers is brand new and factory fresh.
What do I do if I have a defective product?
Best Juicers makes no warranty expressed or implied. All warranties are between the manufacturer and the customer. In the rare case there is a problem with an appliance or juicer, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us if you need information on how to contact the manufacturer of your product. We will do all we can to help get your problem resolved in a timely fashion. Best Juicers does not accept used appliances or juicers back since they can not be resold.
Do you have a print catalog?
No. Our company catalog is online only. You may print out the pages you have an interest in if you need to show someone without internet access.
